You are in a much better position if you have an independent inspection carried out by us and full knowledge of the structural condition of your house before it goes on the market.

  • A standard property report (both building and pest) will be produced. It will be named for the vendor.
  • If the vendor decides to make improvements we will re-inspect and amend our report at no extra cost.
  • Five bound copies will be provided for potential purchasers to examine at no cost to themselves.
  • When the property is sold we will change the name on the report to that of the purchaser, also at no extra cost.
  • Payment will be made by the vendor at settlement.
